About Us

Shaw Wood is a young business started in 2014, in South Devon, UK.

We specialise in all things wood, from managing outdoor spaces to producing beautiful pieces of art.  Our expertise is based on 15 years of conservation management working in various aspects of the  environmental sector.  This means our wood is often sourced from renewable stock and regularly saved from the firewood pile !

We pride ourselves on personalizing everything we do to the unique individual, so if you are looking for something standardized ‘off the shelf’ – that’s not us !  But if you are looking for something unique and inspiring then you have come to the right place.

We regularly attend various wood and craft fairs around the UK.  We exhibit our handmade gifts and wooden pieces, as well as setting up a stall from which we enjoying selling to the visitors.  We also encourage audience participation whereby we hold demonstrations of Didgeridoo making and playing.
